RT60: set your dose, see the clicks
Slide your dose up to 12 mg and the clicks update. On RT60 (60 mg in 2 mL bac water), 5 clicks is 1.5 mg, about 0.30 mg per click.
5 clicks = 1.5 mg on the RT60 pen (60 mg reconstituted with 2 mL; the dial itself goes up to 220, so there is plenty of headroom). Dial in whole clicks, confirm against the printed guide that came with your pen, and start low and titrate slowly.

GLOW: set your dose, see the clicks
Slide your GLOW blend dose and the clicks update. On GLOW (70 mg in 2 mL bac water), 1 click is about 0.35 mg.
The common GLOW protocol is about 2.33 mg of the blend daily (≈7 clicks at this mix), run in 4-week cycles. GLOW 70 mg is roughly 50 mg GHK-Cu + 10 mg TB-500 + 10 mg BPC-157, so a 2.33 mg dose delivers about 1.7 mg GHK-Cu, 0.33 mg TB-500 and 0.33 mg BPC-157. Dial in whole clicks, confirm against the printed guide that came with your pen.
